Fr. Daniel Byantoro Speaking on "The Church in Indonesia"
**CANCELLED**
Excerpt from Fr. Michael:
I'm sorry to have to announce that Fr. Daniel Byantoro, founder of the Orthodox Church in Indonesia will not be coming to our area due to a tragedy in Indonesia. A young Indonesian priest was killed tragically in an auto accident...Please pray for the soul of Fr. Gregory, and for his wife and young child.
Fr. Daniel is a powerful speaker and witness to the Orthodox Faith and a
convert to Islam. Through his efforts about 3,000 Indonesians have
converted to Orthodox Christianity (beginning with his own Muslim family)
and he has established over 30 parishes there. For this his life has been
threatened more than once.
